problems with unlocking competition pdf

i registered yesterday successfully. after receiving the activation link i changed as proposed my password for log in. now i wanted to open the competition pdf, but it says password needed. neither my own one nor the password i initially got sent do work. where do i find the correct password for opening the pdf?

i faced a strange problem yesterday when i started the test. i had saved the password protected booklet the day before i took the test. at the time of starting the test , the file was not opening with the password. after trying for around 5 minutes , i downloaded the file again and pasted the password . the file opened this time. in that process , a good 7-8 minutes were wasted . plus the time for taking the printouts. the whole process costed me around 15 minutes.
Ah, I see I was off on my time zone adjustments - my mistake!

I'm having trouble getting the password to unlock the pdf - I've been trying for 20 minutes now, but it's not showing up. Any ideas what I might have forgotten to do?
